Top causes in Bali: low refrigerant from a slow leak, a clogged evaporator coil, a failed run capacitor, a bad temperature sensor or a frozen coil from restricted airflow. We diagnose in 30 minutes and fix most on the spot.
Q.Why is water dripping from my indoor unit?
A blocked drain line is the cause 9 times out of 10 — algae and dust have clogged the condensate pipe. We blow it out with compressed air and flush with anti-algae solution. Other causes include a cracked drain pan or a frozen coil thawing.
Q.What does an error code on my AC mean?

Q.Why is my AC tripping the breaker?
Either an electrical short (PCB or capacitor failure), a compressor drawing excessive amps (often after a power surge), or an undersized circuit. We test with a clamp meter on the spot.
Q.Can you top up refrigerant gas?
Yes — R32, R410A and R22 (legacy units) are all stocked. We always pressure-test for leaks first; topping up a leaking system without finding the leak is wasted money.
Q.Do you replace compressors?
Yes, but on units over 8 years old we usually advise replacement instead — the labour and part on a new compressor is rarely worth it on an old unit, and there's no warranty on the rest of the system.
