Every three months as a minimum. Bali's 80%+ humidity, year-round dust and (near the coast) salt air mean evaporator coils mould-up and condenser fins corrode much faster than in temperate climates. Beach-club, beachfront-villa and high-occupancy units should be cleaned every six to eight weeks.

We are an authorised installer for all six major brands sold in Bali — Gree, Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, LG and Samsung. Gree is excellent value with a 5-year compressor warranty. Daikin and Mitsubishi are the premium quiet choices. Panasonic is reliable mid-premium. LG offers the longest compressor warranty (10 years on Dual Inverter). Samsung WindFree is best for sensitive sleepers.

A standard split (indoor + outdoor unit, up to 4m of pipe) takes a two-technician crew about 2–3 hours from arrival to cool-down test. A multi-split with three or four indoor units takes most of a day. Ceiling cassettes in commercial fit-outs are usually scheduled overnight to keep the venue open.

Yes. We run a 24/7 emergency line for breakdowns — water leaks flooding a villa floor, units tripping breakers, complete cooling failures during peak heat. Bookings, quotes and scheduled cleanings run on standard daytime hours, but emergencies are covered round-the-clock across South Bali and Ubud.

A 20m² villa bedroom in Bali needs about 9,000–12,000 BTU — a 1 PK or 1.5 PK split. Bali sizing runs higher than European or Australian sizing because of the year-round 30°C+ ambient and 80%+ humidity. Under-sized units run 24/7 and never hit setpoint, so it's worth the extra capacity.

A 1 PK inverter split running 8 hours a day uses roughly 90–150 kWh per month. A non-inverter unit of the same size uses 30–40% more. Inverters pay back the price difference well within their service life in Bali.

Nine times out of ten in Bali, an indoor water leak is a blocked drain line — algae, mould and dust have built up in the condensate pipe and water is overflowing the drain pan. We blow out the line with compressed air and flush it with anti-algae solution. Less commonly, a cracked drain pan or frozen evaporator coil is the cause.

The most common causes in Bali are: (1) low refrigerant gas from a slow leak — needs a top-up and leak repair; (2) a filthy filter or coil restricting airflow — needs a chemical wash; (3) a failed capacitor on the outdoor fan or compressor; (4) a bad temperature sensor on the PCB. We diagnose in 30 minutes and quote the fix on the spot.

Yes. Our villa packages include scheduled visits, photo reports, priority same-day breakdown response and an annual deep chemical wash on every unit. Monthly, quarterly and guest-changeover schedules are available. WhatsApp us a unit count and we'll quote a fixed monthly or quarterly contract.

In most of South Bali — Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Sanur, Denpasar — yes, if you message us before midday and the unit is in stock. Bukit and Ubud usually next-day. North Bali, East Bali and the Nusa islands run on a scheduled visit.

Yes. Every new unit is registered under your name with the manufacturer (Gree, Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, LG or Samsung Indonesia). Compressor warranties: Gree 5 years, Panasonic 5 years, Samsung 5 years, LG 10 years (Dual Inverter), Daikin 3 years, Mitsubishi 3 years. We back our installation workmanship with an additional 12-month warranty on top.
