Q.Do I need a survey before booking installation?
For straightforward bedroom installs no — a photo of the room and the planned outdoor location is enough. For villas with multi-split runs, hidden pipework, drop ceilings or 3-phase power, we recommend a free site survey first.
Q.Can you install on the same day?
Yes in most of South Bali if you book before midday and the unit is in stock. We carry the most common Gree, Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, LG and Samsung sizes in our Canggu warehouse.
Q.How long does a standard install take?
Two technicians fit a standard split in 2–3 hours from arrival to cool-down test. A multi-split with 3–4 indoor heads typically takes most of a day.
Q.What's included in the installation?
Wall bracket, outdoor stand, up to 4m of insulated copper, drain line, isolator, vacuum purge, leak test, refrigerant top-up if required, and a 30-minute commissioning test. We hand over a printed warranty card.
Q.Do you remove and dispose of old units?
Yes. We pump down the old refrigerant safely (not vented), remove the indoor and outdoor units, and recycle through a licensed scrapper. Removal of one old unit is included free with any new install.
Q.What size unit will I need?
Bali sizing rule of thumb: 600 BTU per m² for bedrooms, 700 BTU per m² for living rooms with high ceilings or west-facing glass. So a 20m² bedroom needs a 1 PK (9,000 BTU); a 30m² living room needs a 1.5 PK (12,000 BTU).
